Terms and Conditions of Business: A deposit of £250 is required to secure an order. When work is about to commence and further payment will be requested. Final payment for instruments must be made in full (cash or Banker's Draft) prior to collection from the workshop, or shipping. Payment by cheque must be made in sufficient time to allow for clearance, before collection.Deposits are non- refundable
Stringing. The prices quoted are for instrument strung in nylon or nylgut. Gut stringing i s available, but is charged as an extra cost
Shipping. All prices are ex- workshop. Delivery by airfreight can be arranged, all costs are payable by the customer, including packing costs.
Cases. The cost of the case (from Kingham MTM Cases) is not included in the cost of the instrument.
Guarantee of work. All work is guaranteed against defects of manufacturing for a period of one year from the the date of completion.
Delivery date. Whilst every effort is made to set and adhere to realistic delivery times, no date can be guaranteed
